Bishop Crystal J. Henderson, D.D., is the second eldest child of James and Elizabeth Williams.  Devoted wife of Deacon Joseph Henderson, Jr., and loving mother to son Minister Eric Henderson.  She is also the distinguished Pastor of the Greater St. john's Rescue Full Gospel Ministries International and Faith Bible Institute in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; "The Church of Total Experience, and one of the fastest growing ministries today."  Bishop Henderson has overseen churches in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Tennessee.

 Although reared in a Christian home, it was not until 1970 that Bishop Henderson completely gave her heart to the Lord.  In 1979, she heeded the call of the Master to preach and teach His Word.  In 1980, she was licensed to preach God's Word by the Late Reverend Matt Yancy, Jr., Pastor of the Beloved St. John's Baptist Church, 2601 W. Lehigh Avenue, Philadelphia, PA.  In 1983, she was ordained by the Pennsylvania Baptist Association.  The Late William Beauford of New Hope Temple Baptist Church, was Moderator.  On September 30, 1994, she was Consecrated Jurisdictional Bishop by the Ohio State Conference of the National Christian Fellowship Conference, Incorporated; Bishop Harold Andrews, Sr., Presiding Bishop.  Also in 1994, Bishop Henderson was appointed Pennsylvania State Director of Women for the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship; Bishop Paul S. Morton, Sr., International Presiding Bishop.  In April 2007, Bishop Henderson was appointed Pennsylvania State Director of Pastors under the leadership of State Bishop Stanley K. Smith.

 Bishop Henderson also serves as an International Board Member under Co-Pastor Debra B. Morton, General Overseer of the Daughters of Promise for the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship.  Bishop Henderson has launched Women's Ministries in Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Pittsburgh and Memphis, Tennessee.

 Most recently, Bishop Henderson was appointed by the International Women of Excellence, headquartered in London, England, to develop this ministry in the United States by Pastor Dunni Odetoyinbo, Founder and President.

 Bishop Henderson received her BA and DIP., TH.S from Berean College.  She is a graduate of Manna Bible Institute (Day and Evening School), and Lancaster Bible College.  Bishop Henderson attended the Urban Theological Seminary and Eastern Seminary School for Christian Ministry.  She also holds a degree and certification in Christian Counseling and is currently a student of the Bishop's College at Case Western University, Columbus, Ohio.  She is also pursuing her studies in Pastoral Psychotherapy and Religious Administration at the Jacksonville Theological Seminary, Memphis, Tennessee.

 Bishop Henderson served as Dean of Christian Education for the Celestial Christian Academy, Philadelphia, PA.  She has traveled abroad teaching seminars and preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  She is the recipient of numerous awards and citations.  She received a citation from the House of Representatives for her outstanding work in the community involving humanity and religious affairs.  This citation was presented to her at the Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary by Reverend Dr. Millicent Hunter, Founder and Pastor of the Baptist Worship Center of Philadelphia and C.E.O. of the National Association of Clergy Women, Inc.

Bishop Henderson also holds a degree and certification in Christian Counseling, where she is utilizing this ministry throughout the State of Pennsylvania.  She is an anointed motivational speaker.

On June 29, 2007 at the Sanctuary Church of God In Christ, Bishop Henderson received an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity from the Thomas Brown Bible College and Seminary, Bishop Dr. Gregory Davis, President.

Once again the Lord saw fit to elevate Bishop Henderson.  In April 2008 she was installed as the District Overseer for the Eastern District of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship of Pennsylvania by Bishop Stanley K. Smith, State Bishop of Pennsylvania.  This occurred at our Pennsylvania State Conference held in Pittsburgh, PA.

Bishop's unique and aggressive style of preaching has caused her to be the recipient of numerous awards and citations.  She is Founder and CEO of the Greater St. John's Rescue Bible Institute and Director of the Faith Bible Institute Satellite School held at Greater St. John's Rescue.

However, the most important ingredient to Bishop Henderson's life is that "She has been born again and is Holy Ghost Filled".
